The staff was abysmal, particularly the head receptionist. She ignored all my simple requests. She had no clue about what being in the service industry means. I am generally very easy to please and rarely complain. (I was not alone here; a couple of Dutch women were also complaining about their room). This was the absolute worst rip-off of my three month trip. I have traveled in over 50 countries in the last 30 years and this was the worst hotel experience in that time: A few items: 1) the TV only received one channel and that one was blurry - the hotel website advertises satillite TV in every room; 2) two of the three ceiling litebulbs were out and despite three calls to reception, the bulbs were never replaced and 3) there was only one clothes hanger in the room and, again despite three calls to reception, more hangers never came. My god, clothes hangers!!!

Room was very small and not comfortable. Bath room also small.

It was extremely small, the carpet was dirty and constantly wet, and the room was situated inside the dining room!!Only cardboard walls separated us from the eating people.

While satisfied with overall amenities of the room, was disappointed that my reservation for one large bed was not preserved. Instead, my room had two twin beds.

The breakfast was extremely poor - no seats, hardly any bread, hardly anything really. Room number 10 is - as you know - right next to the dining room where the ladies start preparing breakfast very very early in the morning. That meant we have not experienced any good night's rest in your hotel. What I found particularly strange was that I booked very early in advance and that I was never told this to be the case. I find one should be honest to one's guests. If we had known we would perhaps still have made the same choice, coz a room on a budget may have its uncomforts, but esp asking me to pay before I had even seen the room was not the kindest of policies. Perhaps we got this room because we were the last couple to check in that day?? The mattress in room nr 10 needs to be changed as well, my ribs are still hurting.

We had to move to another hotel (Rose Court) for our first night, and this accommodation was much inferior to that offered by Leisure Inn - We had booked a double and got very uncomfortable twin beds in a dodgy basement room. Once we were back at Leisure Inn however, it was all good.

All staff need to be fluent in English. Front desk staff need to acknowledge your existence if they're not too busy.

The room is extremely too small even for a B&B offer.

Slightly expensive for Australians. Room good size, clean. TV remote did not work.
