We were able to get into the Mantra Surfers Paradise at last minute notice and still at an excellent rate, on HolidayCity. Reception was busy when we arrived but the three young staff were superb, handling checking-in at top speed and with great charm for every individual. We were delighted with our room and the other facilities, with an early morning exercise swim in the pool a delicious treat. We expected it to be noisy, being situated in downtown Surfers, but found the hotel to be quiet and private. Loved the central position. The only problem was parking but we found a roadside park overnight for free. We will definitely return again.

Great location, adhered to request for high room, good breakfast buffet Great view, but whatever they used to sanitize the room on the first day was the aromatic equivalent of a smack in the mouth!

All staff were excellent. Air Conditioner Vents&cornices had large amounts of dust on them

i asked for a room with wheelchair access and did not get it

very well situated close to restaurants and shopping, beach etc. pool and spa facilites were excellent, lovely setup in front foyer! was perfect for the occasion however it was an inconvenience to have the air conditioning put on every day after the room was cleaned, much to cold in the room!

Pool was like a fish bowl, it wasn't very private - anybody in the large lobby,bar restaurant could see into pool. Need clearer instructions for inroom TV use and the price of the movies displayed
