For a 4 star hotel, the room was good but not the breakfast. Limited variety and staffs dun even know how to do a ommelete. Taste was bad. Swimming pool looks old. Other then that...the hotel was good coz it was not noisy.

quiet surrounding good for people who likes privacy. as for housekeeping wise not that neat when they clean the room , should improve. as for the housekeeping staffs they are too eager to clean the room whereby the came knocking the room twice and asked rather rudely when can they clean the room. bad customer service and dont foresee returning back to the hotel

It was a rather good experience. To start of with, I requested for connecting rooms, but the initial rooms I got were far apart. Upon request, the receptionist kindly made changes to my suit my request. Although we did not get connecting suites, we managed to get alternative rooms.
Service was excellent and prompt. So was the food. However, some of the room amenities may need upgrading or touch up. Other than that, the stay was indeed a very pleasant one.

Staff are courteous and helpful services.

Housekeeping service bad, inadequate towels and slow/no response to call from the room

The restaurant food was outstanding and provided compesation for the minor incoveniences combined with a friendly service. In general was good value for money I found the bed hard to sleep on and room a bit small for two extra beds but for the price it was reasonable
