Free Tutu service to Nana BTS station which helps a lot.

A cool stylish hotel and I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bar on the roof is really worth a visit.

it is little far from station but therea are a lot of great restaurant from station to Hotel and i found very convenient and they have tok tok to send you to the station for free when you ask.

Breakfast is ok, if you have time, recommend to eat outside but if you do not have time and you have busy schedule, it is ok to eat at hotel.

Plase is clean and present. you are not able to enjoy th e view from hotel room but I do not think you will stay in hotel room anyway.

Hotel staff is helpful, sometimes, it take long to find a room even you made a reservation and they mixed up with double and Twin.

this hotel very nice also very good location and this is second time reversion this hotel.

My self and my girlfriend booked this hotel on line to save some money and were very imprssed when we arrived. It has a nice cozy feel but is still very modern with nice art in the lobby and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

We have been travelling south east asia and were delighted to get such a great hotel in the middle of downtown bangkok for a very reasonable rate. I would recomend for location alone, but it was also a nice new modern hotel with helpful staff.

We stayed in a twin room which we thought was extremely small.

90% of the window was blocked off with a board.

We requested to go into a room with a full window but this was not enacted by reception.

There wasn't proper information about hotel facilities & how to access them.

Swimming pool very disappointing as we just asssumed it would be an outdoor pool with deck chairs.

There was no coffee and tea facilities.

Not too bad a hotel. Some nights are a bit noisy due to clubs close by. Would probably stay here again depending on price at the time. Staff were alway friendly and helpful.

Overall a great place to stay despite the 10 min walk to Nana BTS.
Hotel outlook is very futuristic, staff very helpful and cheerful.
Surrounding ambeince was great.

One thing to improve maybe hotel can tell guest when the free tuk tuk service from hotel->Nana BTS->hotel is available.

Despite this I will still stay here again and recommend friends to give this hotel a try

Bloody awesome place to stay. The room facilities were astounding, expect for the lack of a bath tub. I was very impressed. Great value for money except if u are planning to bring girls back then it is a problem.

Hi! This hotel was recommended to me by a business associate.

As a business traveller, I was very pleased with the room size BUT disappointed to find that the hotel did not provide toothbrush/comb/tootpaste.

For a business traveller, esp a lady traveller, I also felt walking back to the hotel from the BTS in the evening was dangerous...It would be good if the hotel had scheduled time to pick up the hotel guests from the BTS and scheduled bus/Tut-tuts to send guests to Nana the nearest BTS station.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Le Fenix and had a great time. I guess its also the ambience of Bangkok that added to the fun of our stay. Le Fenix is great!We just came from Phuket before Bangkok and we realized we should have stayed longer in Bangkok. The hotel is in a great location ( a few meters from Q bar and Bed, and downtown Sukhumvit).The interiors are elegant ,clean and ultra -sleek. This is not your family hotel though. Rooms adjacent to ours were full of kids and seemed to be bored and ended being noisy. I would wish for DVD players within the room or hope we can order them on request. The breakfast buffet is limited and gets to be crowded at certain times. The price is unbelievable low for a hotel this good .We had a wonderful time. I would also recommend in the future for business trips in Bangkok.

We were supposed to stay for two nites & check into a more expensive hotel for the third nite but my friends & I decided to cancel our booking with the other hotel & extended our stay with Le Fenix. Overall the room is comfortable but the bathroom is not exactly practical. No towel hanger & shower will splash out of the shower cubicle.But these are small matter which may be overlooked.

Food and drinks a little too expensive considering the prices in resturants close by. Could do with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Located deep into side lane from main road, long walk daily to reach main road for taxis or Bangkok's skytrain Fantastic cleanliness, Interior Design, Modern.
