I was able to stay at your hotel for my sejour in Dubai. Furthermore, a few minutes after I has put my suitcase away, I received a phone call from the front desk, asking me to move to another room, in orther to avoid disturbance the next morning due to construction. How thoughful they were, and I immediately accepted. And to my great surprise I was offered a suite for the night, at the regular price. I felt very well respected and enjoyed this beautiful accommodation. The next day, I move back to my regular room, but was happy just the same. A special Thank you goes to your professional staff and to your internationally known hotel. Thank you.
