I've been to all 3 LeMeridian hotels in Dubai and the service has always been outstanding. The staff exceed expectations and go out of their way to help you with any requirments or plans. Dependent on your needs, the locations are ideal and centralized.

I arrived Dubai from Beirut on Friday, Jan. 30, and realized when I was at the arrival counter that I reserved from 31 to Feb. 02 instead of Jan. 30 to Feb. 01

The personnel at the counter immediately looked for possibilities of accomodating me and it was a success. I was able to stay at your hotel for my sejour in Dubai.

Furthermore, a few minutes after I has put my suitcase away, I received a phone call from the front desk, asking me to move to another room, in orther to avoid disturbance the next morning due to construction. How thoughful they were, and I immediately accepted. And to my great surprise I was offered a suite for the night, at the regular price. I felt very well respected and enjoyed this beautiful accommodation.

The next day, I move back to my regular room, but was happy just the same.
