Summary of our stay at your Hotel On route from EUrope to Australia due to 9 Hr conection wait we decided to stop over in your Hotel. Your location great, close to the Airport. Your Airport shuttle service is excellent. We enjoyed our very short stay arriving in the middle of the night and leaving very early in the morning. Because of this we where not able to experience many of your Hotel features. Our encounter with your staff was excellent very helpfull and courtious we can recommend this to anyone. The hotel was in a convenient location for the business needs I required and also had plenty of amenities for the days I wasn't working.
I really enjoyed the food served from the pool bar to the numerous resteraunts at the hotel. The Meridian village offers a great choice of evening entertainment and resteraunts.
I found the hotel staff very courteous and helpfull.

Enjoyable stay. Great reception and service. Welcoming/warm interior design.

Regular drop-off and pick-up from shopping malls would have been of great help as the hotel is too far from the city centre. This is a disadvantage being situated close to the airport. It would have been useful to have tea and coffee in the room with the requisite kettle and related items. Distance to troop down to coffee shop too far and also room service is far too expensive for just a cuppa.
