From Quebec City: Highway 20 West, towards Montreal. Take exit 90, Highway 132 West, towards Laprairie/United States. Follow indications for Champlain Bridge. On Champlain Bridge keep right and take exit 58, Montreal-Downtown (Bonaventure Highway (10 East)). Bonaventure Highway will change name to University Street in Downtown Montreal. On University Street turn right on Rene-Levesque Boulevard. La Tour Centre-Ville is at the corner of Rene-Levesque and De Bleury.

From Ottawa: Queensway Highway (417) and follow indications for Montreal. Immediately after Ile-aux-Tortues Bridge take Highway 20 East. Follow Highway 20 East towards Ville-Marie Highway (720 East) heading to Montreal-Downtown. Take Exit 3, Guy Street and keep your right. First light, turn right on Rene-Levesque Boulevard. La Tour Centre-Ville is at the corner of Rene-Levesque and De Bleury.

From Toronto: Highway 401 East and follow indications for Highway 20 East. Follow Highway 20 East towards Ville-Marie Highway (720 East) heading to Montreal-Downtown. Take Exit 3, Guy Street and keep right. First light, turn right on Rene-Levesque Boulevard. La Tour Centre-Ville is at the corner of Rene-Levesque and De Bleury.
