The room is quite rundown. I would expect The place to be at least a four star standard. Unfortunately, the bathroom door cannot be locked, the heater kept overflowing, causing the bathroom floor to be wet, the cutlery in the kitchen do not look clean. I was a little uncomfortable using the cups, spoons and knives. the towels were hard. All that said, the size of the apartment was good. There was ample place in the master bedroom for an extra rollaway bed. The staff was friendly too. When we asked for extra pillows, they brought more than necessary and were prompt in doing so. The bellhop was very friendly too. He carried out his duty always with a smile on his face. Good job.

Nice accomodation and good food. The Location is very central and close to most foreign mission in KL. The reception staff could improve their service efficiency.

Excellent value for money, highly recommendable. We stayed at Lanson Place because it was within 5 minutes walk to the Thai Consulate. We were very happy and surprised by the size of the room, we felt very much at home.
