Very good location, just a street away from Mongkok. Hotel is linked to Mongkok MTR exit via Langham Place Mall. Seamless transfer from Hotel to MTR in an air-con environment. Deluxe room comes with a LCD TV monitor, DVD player and room is broadband ready.

Fantastic luxury hotel in a great position. Staff generally were excellent, but check-in and check-out was very slow. Excellent breakfast. Disappointing that the pool wasnt available. There was only one double size bed in the room when we had specifically advised when booking that we were 2 adults and 1 child. We were told on check-in that there would be an additional charge for an extra bed, which we declined. Otherwise, very comfortable room with nice touches like gowns, wide screen tv, quality toiletries.

This hotel was GREAT! The room very clean and comfortable...the staff truly 5 star......I only wish we could have stayed longer. And we didnt realize that the hotel was connected by a skywalk to Langham Place centre, which was a vacation destination in itself. At first we were struck by how small the room was, but once we discovered the amenities and settled in, it really didnt seem so small and was very comfortable.

The bar closed very early on the Saturday night - I think it was about 12 or 12.30pm. But overall we had a fantastic time at the hotel

I had to call 3 seperate times before the drip at sink was fixed.

Rooms were very lovely and very clean but a little on the small side.

A room to improve room service. The room service was not good enough for a 5 stars hotel. Nobody changed your bed sheet and cover if you didn't ask them.

The room have many cracks on the ceiling and false ceiling

The room was always too cold even if we turned the air con to 26 degrees.
