Very convinient location. Good for family. Very pleasant except is a bit small.

The room is very small but it is comfortable.

I was surprised with the small size of the room. However I acknowledge that I booked late and then only secured a delux room.

Check-in and check-out could be more organised and efficent. Slightly difficult to understand the staff's English. Some better than others. Could do with a headrest for the bath as one can view the tv through the glass wall which is a great feature giving the impression of more space. Wasn't quite sure if umbrella was for complimentry use or a charge levied.

nice workout center better than most hotel in this caliber, Although spa much to expensive for hk. bed way to firm!! should have a 2inch thich tempupedic pad added to bed. do a little note next to bed and offer this pad as an option. many people will remember this.

Bed like sleeping on concrete.

While it is a good look I was not realy fussed on the glass wall between bathroom and bedroom.
