However I acknowledge that I booked late and then only secured a delux room.

Slightly difficult to understand the staff's English. Some better than others. Could do with a headrest for the bath as one can view the tv through the glass wall which is a great feature giving the impression of more space. Wasn't quite sure if umbrella was for complimentry use or a charge levied.
