An excellent hotel. The situation is very good particularly for us to visit family and friends in Bedok while also being close to main shopping and entertainment in the city. We upgraded to an Executive room because the extra facilities offered were good value and we were not disappointed.

Despite having confirmed online bookings there was long long queue during check-in time upon arrival....almost 45 minutes !! Should equip room with FREE wireless or LAN internet facilities. Instead I have to pay extra for the services which were not informed to me earlier when I booked the hotel

At times I had to wait a long time for the lifts. The ground floor (where luggage is stored) was often very crowded with people and bags, and it was hard to get to the lifts.
