ON THE LAST NIGHT OF OUR STAY THERE WAS LOUD MUSIC GOING ON IN THE HOTEL COURTYARD AT 11.00PM.WE COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER ,SHE SAID IT WAS DUE TO A WEDDING.BUT SHE DIDN'T APPOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO US.

Less than five minute walk from MRT Bugis station and Arab St (great food at small price). Close to the Junction shopping mall. I paid £50/night which is a lot of money for this "ok" hotel. Rooms are basic but quite clean. Downside: you can hear your next door neighbour breathing.

I selected the check-in time to be between 7am to 9am, as prompted by your questionaire. It was misleading as when we arrived we were told that the check-in is at 2pm. You may need to alert the customers that early check in is subject to room availability, to avoid the misunderstanding.

Front desk personnel were too over worked, but quite courteous. Malaysian gentleman running Mooi Chin buffet breakfast was extremely polite even though many guests made this very hard for him! He should be congratulated for this. Elder gentleman in baggage area was most helpful, even flagging down a passing taxi for us, leaving us with a pleasant experience right at the end of our stay. Extended pool opening hours would also increase our satisfaction. Currency converters are freely available on the Web, so another reward for filling out this survey would get you many more responses. We arrived at 3am in the morning, and were charged for an extra nights stay in a very noisy room on the 19th floor. This was even though we had filled in the reservation form with our dates and arrival time clearly marked. I understand that we arrived much earlier than the check in time, but as this was clearly marked on the reservation form, the final charge quoted should have been just that, final! The following day we were moved to a room on the 16th floor (that we had booked) which we were very happy with.

Poor service. It was not cleaned properly. The food options were limited. Overall the service quality was poor. The bathrooms were very small and there was no bathtub. The tiles had cracked, the toilet needed repairs

the room had magnificient view, extremely comfortable beds and lots of space. We had requested connecting rooms which we obtained on the second day and was very handy. Extremely friendly staff on the levels and at reception.

the golden landmark should give complete amneties of bathroom like tooth brush+tooth paste,small comb,shampoo enough not only little in puncher hang on he bathroom ,free mineral water and qiblah arrow so help the moslem 2 pray n provide halal food.

Room service meals below standard I have experienced at other hotels. Bit tired looking.

Everything was top notch.

The hotel was great value for money and very close to an MRT station, making it easy to get to most places in the city. Only complaint would be how slow the staff are on reception - it took me nearly 20 minutes to check out!

Maybe you can consider this hotel if you can book it under 75 USD. The room is old and almost nothing is provided free. However, it was spacious for 1 person, and the view was good.

Generally the Hotel failed to come up to expectations. Room badly in need of refurbishment

THE RECEPTION IS ACTION TOO SLOW,I WAS MISS A FLIGHT WHEN I WANNA CHECK OUT,SOME MINOR REASON IS I SPENT MORE THAN 20MINS TO CHECK OUT. THE BATH ROOM HAVE GIVE PEOPLE SMALL FEELING,OTHERS ALL IS EXCELLENT.

as a single person i would have felt more comfortable with a lounge bar the room was comfortable,however it was always cold as the a/c was turned on automatically when i went out as a consequence I had to sleep with my clothes on which still did not prevent me from shivering.

The location is very strategic, i.e. near the MRT and opposite the hospital. I am not much of an Indian food lover but the fact that the hospital opposite the road has good cafeteria that it compensated the trip to go elsewhere for food. I am currently pregnant and so, taxi was my preferred mode for travelling this round. However, getting a taxi was a bit of a problem this time and there were no seats available at the hotel concierge for waiting passengers, nor could they help to call up a taxi. checking in and out of the hotel took quite a while, perhaps due to lack of staff on duty and slow computer problem but some of the staff (not all) at reception counter were not too friendly. Happy with room.

i ask for king bed but they can't provide me.. anyway is still ok with the room.
