Should equip room with FREE wireless or LAN internet facilities. Instead I have to pay extra for the services which were not informed to me earlier when I booked the hotel

The ground floor (where luggage is stored) was often very crowded with people and bags, and it was hard to get to the lifts.

However, I was unhappy over one aspect. I discovered several brothel-like establishements in the adjoining shopping complex. As a female who likes a bit of pampering, I noticed a few shops which offered unisex massage therapies. I thought these were "spas" but was turned away by the young ladies lounging around the premises and I soon realised what these places were. This was extremely unpleasant and did spoil my impression of the hotel. One of the shops was just outside the hotel lobby and you can see it from the lobby itself. We booked 2 rooms. The air-con system in one room didn't work properly and the room was freezing even though we switched the air-con off. The other room was fine. I was generally pleased with the rooms.
