The good: Early check-in (even at additional cost) was really appreciated after an overnight flight from Australia. The bed, room size, breakfast, staff service and hotel location met expectations. The not so good: Shower needed a good clean with an anti-mould wash - lots of unsightly mould along the tile grout lines (Room 810) No in-room internet service. Wireless service available at reception in 1 hour sessions at roughly 3 dollars per session. OK for casual e-mail but not for business or serious users. Road noise during the night (garbage trucks etc) woke us (even on the 8th floor with windows closed) Generally OK as a lower-cost hotel.
