We actually stayed at a Best Western a block away from our original hotel. The room we were to have was flooded by another visitor the night before and we were moved. Having just traveled 5000 miles and not wanting any problems, the hotel manager took care of our needs for a place to stay, comped our breakfasts for 2 days and made the transition effortless on our part. His attention to our needs was above reproach and we were most impressed with the accommodations and the professionalism with which the move was accomplished. I would recommend both hotels and both staffs to any visitor. Our visit was much enhanced by the lack of problems with our hotel. Two thumbs up! Cheryl Billingsley

Great location! Hotel looked like it was undergoing a needed facelift (new paint, wallpaper, etc). Fine clean room with french balcony. The bed was just two singles put together. Nice bathroom. Fridge didnt work.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. We had many questions about getting to and from places and they were always ready to help, no matter what the time was. This is a great hotel for the money, and the location could not be better. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, and another 5 from there to the Louvre. A small metro station just 1 minute away, and a larger one is 3 minutes walk. There are literally hundreds of restaurants in the surrounding streets. When I got to Paris again, Hotel La Tour Notre Dame will most certainly be my choice! The room was quite small, but not so that it was uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The maids insisted they spoke English all though they didn't, very funny.

I requested someone to look at the TV in my room because it wasn't working, and no one came... otherwise, service was pretty good.

It was a lovely hotel, not too expensive but clean, with excellent service and conveniently located. It was perfect for our stay.
