HOTEL DYRIAD PRESTIGE ROISSY CDG PARIS WAS A GREAT HOTEL TO STAY AT. CERTAINLY I WILL RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHEN THEY NEXT CHOOSE TO STAY IN PARIS. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, HOTEL AMENITIES WERE GOOD AND I ENJOYED THE GENERAL ATMOSPHERE OF MY STAY. THANK YOU

this is our second stay at your facilities. The service was very good.
Our recomendadtion for helping clients in one more small item I hope you can improve is having luggage
carriers for elders ( senior citizens) and handicapped.

At the time of our departure on Nov 29th, 2007 from
your Prestege Roissy facility while cancelling our bill, I requested a cart and non was made available. I had used a large one upon our arrival so it surprised me that non was availabe. Upon lugging our 4 pieces of
luggage down stair there we 4 small one under lock
and the large one out side the entrance way. My wife
has leg problems and we both are 65+. Once more
we took care of our luggage and did not complain, and
we will stay in the Hotel Kyriad group again. You asked what or where could you improve - this is our humble opinion.

We were very pleased with our room, larger than any others we had while in Paris. The staff was most helpful and friendly. Our bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linens. I appreciated the coffee/tea pot in our room, and the safe. Everything was newly redecorated and fresh. Our dinner was excellent and our breakfast a small feast. The service at the restaurant was friendly and efficient. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport, as well. We would recommend the Kyriad.

during my stay it was never possible to get a table in the restaurant.Stuck with the room service menu which had only two dishes to choose from.
