Located in the middle of Kuramathi island, Kuramathi Cottage and Spa is approximately 35 miles from the airport. The boat transfer takes approximately 90 minutes to reach the resort while by seaplane transfer it is only about 15 minutes. Last transfer to Kuramathi is at 1530 hours.
Since January 2000, Kuramathi can offer its guests a special service: a biological station which is managed by a marine biologist all year round. The island's water sports centre offers sailing, water skiing, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, and water skiing for the adventurous.
