Perfect place for a stopover after a long flight. this was our second visit to this hotel

It is value for money and I think its very for family on holiday. It is a bit far from the food courts and shoping malls. I like the bedroom as it is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The living area is also very spacious. What I like the most is the availablity of free internet connectivity, although I did not get to use it due my short stay. It would be a good idea to change the bath towels as it seems a bit worn out.

try to provide some hooks at the back of the doors for hanging clothes, in particular, the bathroom.

Please improve car park security.

the swimming pool is very dirty. and also the jacuzzi pool is spoilt. thus we are unable to feel the massage bubble. i book 2 rooms no:1411 and 1410. i found there are red ants at the room wall near the bed. and also one of the light in the room is without switch. the light only can turn off if only the room card is unplug from the main switch. thus, it make us uneasy to sleep. because its too bright. there is a micro oven, but no glass plate is provided for the food heating. There are 2 TV but provided with 1 remote control only. Some of the air-conditioner not cold & filter not clean.

Should provide room service as convienent for guest to have meals at anytime of the day instead of needing to purchase elseware. Parking should be improve as to reserved lots should be provided for guests and guards guarding the guest vehicle 24hrs a day.

VCD or DVD player

The hotel is very good except need improvement except unfriendly reception teams,not enough parking card where i need to park outside and pay the parking fees..n no ample parking.

Parking lots need brighter lighting. Bath room soap is too small and not sufficient to last till evening for a family of 4.

Very conveniently located by the bridge and assessible to all parts of city. No need to get into traffic jam in the city or long drive to B.Ferringhi. Bathroom too small for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids (14,10 and 7)

I do not know if there is restaurant inside the hotel, if yes it is not clearly mentioned. Synthetic fiber based rug is not suitable for hotel room, preferably natural fiber based carpet.

Door adjustment beside lobby lift through level 2 carpark is needed for upgrading. Will be good to have a bath tub in the room.

Does not have good car parking system. Room's condition was good as they are still new. But need to be maintained.
