The room is large enough & clean. The location is convenient. Front desk staff were slow to check in customers, waiting time was long. It'll be good if Hotel could include breakfast with the room as there's no food court or affordable restaurants nearby. It's really difficult to get cabs from this hotel & if the hotel calls in for a cab, it's way too pricey. Should provide business center with desktop/laptop with internet access.

Taxis are hard to come by. It would be good if Rapid Penang has a bus stop outside Krystal Suites. I feel confined during my stay there because of poor public transport within the area. For dining I don't have any problem as I always go the Thai restaurant which is walking distance

Although the hotel lobby look like an office reception, but the rooms are ideal for business travelers such as myself. However, the lack of economic food and "Penang" food for those who don't have a car is a bit annoying. But other than that, an excellent place. They should give us two remote controls for the TV though, because the remotes don't seemed to work well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Krystal suite, the spacious environment/room made us feel like we're in our own home. The staffs were extremely helpful in giving us directions and the location of hotel is conveniently situated for anyone to move around either by bus or cabs.

I would say thank you very much for giving good services for my family.

If I have any business in penang I would prefer to stay at this hotel.

Generally, hotel staff is knowledgeble and friendly.

It was a real surprise to see the size of the suite as its soo huge and comfortable compare to the rate. I think we cant find any hotel such as this for the rate!!

I stayed in this hotel when I visited Penang on both business and leisure. I find the accomodation meeting up to some of the reputed hotels which I stayed in. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for both me and my family. I will definitely make it my first choice if I were to visit this part of the island again in future.

A very good hotel. Very Spacious. Only water pressure not consistent. Others are very good. Recommended
