The staffs were extremely helpful in giving us directions and the location of hotel is conveniently situated for anyone to move around either by bus or cabs.

If I have any business in penang I would prefer to stay at this hotel. Generally, hotel staff is knowledgeble and friendly. Thanks.

I think we cant find any hotel such as this for the rate!! Keep it up Krystal Suite!
