HK always pride itself as one of the most convenient and technological advance cities in the world. Customers have to walk to YMCA to get a cheaper internet service. Staff at the reception should be able to tell the customners that if they pay $56 they can use the swimming pool at YWCA. When asked about this, they did not seem to know that this is possible.

The service is prompt and efficient. For the rate of HK$700 which I paid for a superior room, it is a bargain. The superior room at Kowloon Hotel is very small. For a single traveller it is alright. But if there are two occupants, you barely have space for the second suitcase.

Nice atmosphere and very comfortable. not much room to move around but overall like the hotel and the personal are very friendly and helpful. would choose your hotel on our next trip to Hong Kong.
