I reviewed the internet for a well located hotel at a fair price and came across the Kowloon hotel. My expectations were very low and I was most certainly surprised for the better. Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere, very well located and most important, extremely clean and fancy. Warmly recommended.

The best selling point of this hotel is its location. It is in the middle of all the things a tourist would want to do in Hongkong - shop, dine, travel to tourist spots, etc. The rooms are on the small side, but this is more than offset by the advantages of staying in the hotel. After all, we are out most of the time, and come back to the room only to rest or sleep in comfortable beds and safe surroundings. We would stay in this hotel next time we visit Hongkong.

Kowloon Hotel is well situated and close to shopping,restaurants and transport. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The service in the restaurants was excellent, and the food was good.

This was my first trip to Hong Kong alone and though my stay was brief, I was very pleased to find that the Hotel was so easy to get to from the airport.

It was very conveniently located and I will certainly hope to stay there on my next trip.

I've stayed here before and the reason I booked a room in this hotel is because of the very strategic location of the hotel especially if you intend to base yourself on the Kowloon side. Staying in this hotel is a value for money considering its reasonable rates vis-a vis its well appointed and clean rooms. The rooms admittedly are small in size,but comfortable to stay and ideal for couples and travellling businessmen.

I was disillusioned by the "HARBOUR VIEW" , which was very limited and narrow , a small patch visible through the buildings standing between the hotel and Victoria Bay;
So , "HARBOUR VIEW" was a HOAX !!!
The room was a bit too small , but all the rest was OK ;
Breakfast extra charge , but good value for money.
I'd recommend the hotel for short stays , business and leisure as well ; The position is very good , near the ferry terminals and the Kowloon shopping areas.

The Room is very very small. The Bathroom is very very small. The Room is TOO SMALL.

Hotel's location is good, just next to the MTR. The room is exceptionally small compared to the many HK Hotel that I had stayed before such as Eaton, Mirama, BP International, Nathan, Royal Pacific... For a hotel that looks so good on the outside, the room is indeed disappointing. The Bed is too soft and there is hardly space to leave our luggage.

WE FOUND THE HOTEL REALLY VERY NICE, HAT WAS HE REASON WE CAME BACK AGAIN. THIS WAS OUR 2ND TIME SAYING AT HE KOWLOON HOTEL. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE ROOMS ARE VERY, VERY SMALL.

Very busy hotel. Had problems with connecting to the internet and a technician was sent to our room to fix. He had to come a few times to sort it out but we got connected in the end. This was important to us. The location is A+++. It is located adjacent to a metro station and KCR East Rail to Shenzhen in China where we needed to go on business. We couldn't have picked a better location for our needs. Excellent pillows.

I arrived at 9:00 am and was not allowed to check in until 8:00 pm!! 8pm is too late. The room was too small. Don't bother with the Harborview it is too small and not a real Harbor view.

This hotel is situated near star ferry and that is excellent place in HK. Just impove the size of rooms and floor matting. Rooms sizes are too small. Need to make big rooms as compare the room I normally stayed. Pls also change the carpets as it is getting so dirty and looks old. It also having some kind of smell as well.

There should be recommendations on the hotel delicassies

Considered abit expensive in terms of room space Room too small, should provide more space to walk and for placing luggages. Toilet should be more spacious

Internet service should be made free to customers. HK always pride itself as one of the most convenient and technological advance cities in the world. Customers have to walk to YMCA to get a cheaper internet service. Staff at the reception should be able to tell the customners that if they pay $56 they can use the swimming pool at YWCA. When asked about this, they did not seem to know that this is possible.
