My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend as I was in London for a conference, and I read very good reviews online.

Plus points:
- Courteous staff
- Excellent location, just round the corner from Earl's Court station
- Fantastic breakfast with everything you could possibly want, and with efficient, friendly service
- Clean room

Bad points:
- Our room was absolutely tiny (no. 206). I've never had cause to complain about room size before, as I think it's one of the least important aspects of one's stay. However, ours was so small that in order for one of us to get past, the other person would have to clamber onto the bed (and we're both quite slender!). You also couldn't get to the other side of the bed without climbing over the one chair in the room (and there was nowhere else it could go). My Halls of Residence room as a student was bigger (and nicer)! The bathroom doorway was so narrow that a larger person would definitely struggle (it was about 50cm across). I have never suffered from claustrophobia before, but I was seriously struggling in this room. The room decoration also left much to be desired for the price (Travelodge springs to mind).
I did walk past a couple of other double rooms while they were being cleaned, and these were normal-sized and quite nice-looking, so I think it was bad luck on our part, but they really shouldn't be offering such a discrepancy in facilities, especially as we were paying the same price (£420 for 3 nights stay) as for any other double room, when these also had a minibar.
We would have asked to change rooms, but having had arrived after midnight and needing to be up at 6.30am the next day for a conference, it was easier to stay put. I did warn them a couple of days before arriving that we would reach there at that time, and was told that the room had been allocated already, so the time of arrival shouldn't have meant that we were given the 'dud' room.

In all, this did significantly impair my stay in this otherwise lovely hotel. The rest of the hotel was beautifully designed. I've stayed in many hotels in London before and for the price, our room was ridiculous.
I'm sure this hotel will be great for those staying in a better room, so make sure it's not 206!

The location of the hotel is good, close to Earl's Court tube Station. The rooms were clean and well furnished and the bathroom a good size with great shower. Breakfast was more than ample with a hot and cold self service buffet. Staff were helpful and the service good.

Hotel was lovely. My room had cracked mirrors, and a very difficult to operate safe. we had 5 rooms total (3 of the safes were difficult) I travelled with kids, parents, cousins...everyone enjoyed the ambeince, breakfasts, parklike backyard. Some of our rooms were bigger than others. All seemed nice and had there own qualities. The difficult part was the fact that only only key is given per room. I was locked out more than once and was not dressed appropiately to get a front staff to let me in. a few times the kids had to sleep with the the tv on because i was not going to the front desk in my pjs to get one of the staff to let me in their room.. The location was a out of the way for most touristy things. Needed to take the tube to get to most tours. It was a treat to have an internet room! I assumed the hotel came with shampoo and conditioner... but there was a grocery store near by opened late so i was saved. although we had sun not rain during our stay and sunscreen is not sold anywhere nearby (only at Chemists, which are closed on sundays and other convenient time)
