Great staff and hotel is located in the heart of city of Auckland. Staff is great and attempt to meet your requirement. Just try the hotel which around food, banking and upper queen street. Small shops are across to buy milk, food and soft drink etc. Counter staff will assist to find the way around if you ask. Give it a go.

Everything was fine, except the elevator to the 3rd floor being broken. That made it very tough because of the layout of the hotel you have to take 2 different elevators and I had a bunch of heavy luggage that I had to drag across the hotel. I kept getting lost.

But the staff was great and I liked the computer room. Best of all is the location.

please change your television set, its hard to tune the channels on the old set.

The Room was really small, but for the price we were not disappointed, we enjoyed our stay - it was a bed for two nights! Staff were nice and central location. You gave us a cot for an 8 year old girl!

I throught this accommodation was a hotel but this is an accommodation for only back packers, I think. It was not dirty, but bad smell came from the drainpipe in the bath room.

As I stayed on the top floor, there were several times when there was not hot water in the shower. That is unacceptable considering the price I paid. Throughout New Zealand I stayed in pretty nice hostels that were much cheaper and had better showers and also better facilities.

It looks more a backpackers hotel than a hotel with "executive" rooms to offer. Really poor room, I paid a single "executive" room and it was crap. Shower was awfull, TV not working, I was to tired to keep exploring the room so I went to sleep. I wont recommend it.
