The staff we encountered had a good attitude

Should of been told not to park under the trees in the parking area, because of the mess the birds made on our car. We had to go to the nearest car wash to clean the car after checking out of your hotel.

Dirty cake of soap left in shower cubicle, which possibly indicates that the shower was not cleaned.

Lack of a lift is a real disadvantage. Arriving, as I did, at almost 1am after a day travelling it is not easy to drag one's case upstairs. Chair was worn and dirty, otherwise was clean.

No lift. Had to drag a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs

After travel a shower is the most important thing. We stuggled with turning on and off the shower in our room. It was visibly broken.

the hotel and rooms were tatty and needed complete refurbishment the bedroom was filthy and haddenned been cleaned properly for ages by the looks of it

The hotel was fine, but three fottball teams stayed the same night: we seemed to have them all in the next room, and they kept us awake till about 3am - then got up at about 5am for an early start: NOT what we wanted after a flight from the UK! Comfortable, but sound insulation not too good.

Door was difficult to lock. Booked a double bed but room had two singles

very warm.

Breakfast was not served before 7- which is poor for an airport hotel. The hotel was really noisy!

The shuttle service was a plus, though we had to wait longer than I expected outside the airport. Service in the dining room was pleasant and courteous. Quite adequate for our transient purposes

The TV reception in the rooms definitely needs upgrading. It would also be much more attaractive if Sky TV were available in each room. The original room we were offered was not up to standard. The bedspread had lage stains on it and the made up bed had body hairs on the sheets.

A quiet haven after a long air jopurney. Enabled me to relax for a day before starting out on my journey through NZ.

Excellent service and good food in the dining room. Served us well for an early transfer to the airport. All clean and well presented. Full range of tea/coffee and toiletries provided.

Did smell a little bit of stale cigarette when first entering but noticed this with all of the ones we stayed in.
