Good for the purpose of a bed for the night before or after flying. Pickup/dropoff service excellent. Restaurant out of action when we were there which could have been a problem if we had no transport. Felt we should have been advised at time of booking.

I found the hotel staff vey friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night en route to the airport. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The restaurant was pleasant and there was a good choice on the menu. The shuttle bus for the airport came at exactly the time we requested. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the hotel to friends.

Hi, I cannot comment on the location of the hotel as I don't know Auckland, so don't know exactly where the hotel is as I utilised your free transfer service.

Both bus drivers were very helpful and polite. The girl who checked me in helped me with my luggage to my room, and came back the next morning to help me again (I have a walking stick). Very much appreciated.

Also, the female Maori bar tender/waitress in the dining room was excellent. I have many food allergies and she went through the menu with me, explaining what was in the food and we managed to concoct a meal that I could eat. This was also very much appreciated, as I usually "live out of a lunch box" when travelling and sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and tea get rather monotonous.

Your staff's help was greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

We were very pleased with the very helpful staff both at late check in. The fellow who took up to the airport was also very curtious.

It would have been helpful to know the motel was 2 story with no elevator. I was accompanying my elderly parents in their travel and it is difficult for them to go up and down stairs esp. with luggage. The staff offered to help which was very kind. I would have requested a downstair room if I had known.

The roomos were very large and comfortable and the place was quiet even though it is close and convienient to the airport.

Cheers!

Sue

Hotel was close to airport, staff were courteous but was surprised to find a rather large pile of dirt swept into a pile just inside the front door

the hotel attracted us because of the location, we stayed for three "onenighters". For this I would recommend it. The restaurant provided good food and friendly service.
The cleaniness of the rooms was only reasonable, however dust and dead insect were found in the corners. The bathrooms could do with a renovation, our last room had a door with a hole in it and mildew and ingrained dirt around taps and basin.
The service and friendliness of the staff was very good.

Is there honesty here?

Our family checked-in at 2 pm on 8 January 2009, just to rest before our flight at 1.10 am. The in-charge receptionist told us to pay on arrival, not at checked-out time. We paid CASH 198 NZD. She gave us the keys, but DID NOT provided any receipt. We checked out, surrendering the keys at the counter at around 6 pm. He (another person) did not charge us or ask us to pay, so we assumed that all is OK.
After I returned to Jakarta, I got double charged in my VISA credit card (used as guarantee for this internet booking).
We will appreciate if you can cancel your charge to our VISA credit card. Maybe this is just a mistake due to change in staff shift. Otherwise please check your system.
A major refurbishment will be useful for this hotel
