My wife and I were very pleased with location close to airport. The facilities including our room very comfortable & clean. Staff were very accomodating, courteous and very professional Overall Outstanding Service and we both look forward to extending our stay in the future.

We booked this hotel to stay in as we had an early international flight the next morning. We were collected from the Domestic terminal and dropped off the next morning at the International Terminal. We got a wake up call in the morning. This motel was excellent value for money and we will definitely be using it again and recommending it to other people. Thank you.

I went to your hotel from Britz after returning a motorhome. I could get there on foot, so I think the location is very GOOOD! And my departure was very early morning, so your service to the airport is very GOOOOD! Of course the room is clean, large, quiet and very cheap. Next time I'd like to stay your hotel again. Thank you. I also like the satue of big KIWI!!!

the bathroom in room 225 is disgusting filthy and very mouldy

Good value for money. Convenient to Air port. Pickup and return to Airport excellent. Dinning room service could be improved, tables were short of cutlery, often only bringing out one cup when a tray of them would have been better. Need a better system in regard to clearing and having enough china / cutlery available. Could have been because of number of people due to possible flight cancellations and re scheduling flights. Rooms probably need an upgrade in decorating, split in curtains and chair covering. Worn carpet on stairs, also needed a good clean. We have used your Hotel before because of value. We would use your Hotel again when passing through Auckland.

Our stay in the hotel met our expectation. We stay in this hotel every year since 5 years. And the renovated rooms are a very good value for the money. We can recommend the hotel to anyone.

Fantastic value for money! Something that is rare these days. I arrived just after midnight and waited for approx. 20 minutes before being picked up. The hotel room had all I needed for the one night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definately stay there again

All we needed was a place to stay before catching our plane the next day. My partner and I had two different flights and the gentlemen at the front desk were extremely helpful in arranging shuttles to the airport. I also had other questions about the neighborhood and they were courteous and helpful. When we were in my room my partner said, "People just aren't that nice and helpful in America." While I may not entirely agree with her assessment of America, I must agree with the fact that the help we received the Kiwi Hotel was superb. Thanks Phil Jacobsen

I used this hotel for convenience on connecting flights. I was not disappointed.

Guests arriving from overseas tired from traveling, should not have to wait 20 minutes for a room key. But when a key was not found, to compensate we were upgraded to a hotel suite which we appreciated. Overall the place is very good value with ample facilities and a restaurant in house. Just a minor comment; a place to put the soap in the shower would be useful.

Even though the facility is undergoing a renovation, the staff and owners were terrific!

This hotel is a little tired in appearance but is great for an overnight stay when in transit. We appreciate the shuttle service and good restaurant. Rooms and beds clean and adequate. Staff always pleasant.

The bed is always comfortable; the rooms clean and tidy; the meals are excellant.. delivery & pick-up service is excellant.. could not wish for a better service.

Good for the purpose of a bed for the night before or after flying. Pickup/dropoff service excellent. Restaurant out of action when we were there which could have been a problem if we had no transport. Felt we should have been advised at time of booking.
