Excellent location - close to King's Cross train station. Easily accessible from airport by taxi or more reasonably proced shuttle service. Comfortable , small boutique hotel with upscale features in room - ( furniture - fixtures - mirrors , flat screen tv, well stocked mini bar, excellent bath room - separate mini kitchen and wardrobe with iron and ironing board available. Good value for price and staff very friendly and helpful!!! Have stayed here three times and it is always top class!!

We certainly enjoyed our stay. The only glitch was the reservation was placed and the hotel made the mistake that it was for 2008. they had a room, thank goodness, but not the larger king size room which we had reserved, but never the less, they put us in the queen room and were very apologetic. The room was a bit small, but we enjoyed the shower/bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. We had great fun walking to some wonderful restaurants and shops in the area and the staff was very accommodating. We would stay there again while in Sydney

Andrian was a fantastic host. I hope the resturant will be reopen the next time I'm there...so I could at least have breakfast before heading out for meetings. The room was excellent for the price.

Room cleaners were dishonest. Our personal room slippers and biscuits were thrown out. Reported to frontdesk and was only told that manager confirmed the cleaners did not do it (after called 3 times for an answer)..Such answer were irresponsible as it made us felt what else will be thrown out next. Requested for another pair of room slipper as washroom is cold without heater but was told there wasnt any to supply. Room given was way too small for 2 occupants. Lightings not adequate.
