I had made (and received confirmation) two bookings, One for my wife and I (3 nights) and an additional room for a brother on the last night.

Cleanliness was the only gripe I have with the room, otherwise it was fine for the price.

One of the receptionists was absolutely lovely, the other few were polite, but not overly friendly I can't really complain seeing as the hotel was 2 1/2 stars, but the room was heaps smaller than I expected. Glad the room had a t.v. and fridge though.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, lively atmosphere. Nice view of church, peaceful outlook. Great to have opening windows. Good shower. Decent room for the price.

Sorry we could only say one night. We'd like longer.

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but we weren't given one.

One lift, slow and small. Noisy, could hear conversations of guests in adjoining room.

the cleanliness of the bedroom was quite poor, there were white stains all over the bed cover which only led me to think that it could be one thing... i was at the stage were i was quite concerned to touch anything in that room that didn't belong to me.

Too old

Most hotels provide a towel PLUS a flannel. It never occurred to me to pack a flannel and it was a pain trying to wash my face without one...

the carpet was not very cleaned

The Service was very good apart from re-entring hotel after hours average to good in all aspects

like internet access very much. only one laundry machine and dryer working. would have like to have porter service. TV channels not sufficient, towels could be thicker and more absorbent.

Some of the staff at the reception were very abrupt and did not seem to want to go out of their way for anyone. I was happy with the room I ended up with. However, when I first checked in I was placed in an extremely small room with a single bed and small unsatisfactory bathroom. I was not happy with this as I had booked a Standard Double room earlier on the Internet. It took some convincing at the reception to be moved into the correct room type.

very accessible to city,within miniutes of walking Leaky taps.pillows and bed too soft though (back and neck aches).should have hair dryer

Clean sheets on the second night would have been appreciated.

the lady serving breakfast every morning was a joy to meet first thing every day and she cooked delicious Irish full breakfast. Only possible to get out of the double bed on one side so this was difficult for the one sleeping near the wall!!1

Could do with daily change of linen. Adequately provided for. ie. bar fridge, heater and flask.
