On booking in we had a bit of a wait as there was only one person on at check and considering it was a busy weekend in Hamilton more staff on would have been better. I felt that there should have been a corridor from the lobby to get to the rooms especially when its raining rather than try and run to get to your room. The room seem ok, the fan was either high or high. I cannot comment on any other facilities as we only used the room as a stay over and booked out and went on our way. I feel that this hotel is ok for and overnight but would not recommend it for a treat away or for a family stay.
