The Hotel was not quiet what I expected considering that we have stay in quiet a few hotels/motels. On booking in we had a bit of a wait as there was only one person on at check and considering it was a busy weekend in Hamilton more staff on would have been better. I felt that there should have been a corridor from the lobby to get to the rooms especially when its raining rather than try and run to get to your room. The room seem ok, the fan was either high or high. I cannot comment on any other facilities as we only used the room as a stay over and booked out and went on our way.
I feel that this hotel is ok for and overnight but would not recommend it for a treat away or for a family stay.

i did like my stay there very much so!
i enjoyed all its luxury comforts it had to offer!
i would have appreciated it more aswell if they had contacted me and informed me of my items i had left behind!
other than that this was a nice hotel to stay at and would recommend it highly to singles, couples, and business people!

Service at breakfast was poor with seeming lack of staff for clearing tables etc Bathroom had stains on the walls and did not look clean.
