The elevator wasn't working, I fell down getting out of the bath tub due to its poor design (sloping sides)

I did note that had I booked through Needitnow.co.nz (or com) that the room would have been even better value. Generally fine - starting to show its age.

VERY noisy , could hear the people in the room upstairs in the bathroom and what they were doing in there most annoying and unpleasant Tired the bathroom was very shabby

Quiet, clean and equipped adequately for a short stay

The bathroom was a bit dated and consequently didnt appear very clean.

A trifle (which still annoyed me): For breakfast they promised plain yoghurt and fresh fruit but there was only sweetened yogurt and canned fruit. The room was a standard room on the 2nd floor without a lift. The window was to the parking lot.

Your front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. Thank you J Lo :) For the price we paid, my group and I definitely expected a more posh hotel..your hotel looks and feels old, no air conditioning in the rooms and also, no sound proof windows and was woken up by the traffic on the highway/roads !!
