I ENJOYED THIS HOTEL WHEN I STAYED DURING MY TRIP. THE HOTEL SERVICE WAS GOOD AND STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY. CLEANING OF ROOM SHOULD BE IMPROVED AND SOME TIME PROBLEM OCCURS WHEN SETTLING BILL WITH CASHIER. I HAVE BOOKED THROUGH WEBSITE AND CONFIRMED THE PRICE BUT WHEN I PAY WHILE CHECK OUT THE BILL STATED HIGHER THAN I BOOKED, THAN I ARGUED AND SHOWED MY INTERNET CONFIRMATION THAN BILL WAS REVISED. I STRONGLY RECOMMED SHOULD BE CAREFUL WITH BILL SETTLEMENT FROM CUSTOMER TO AVOID NON SATISFACTION OF GUEST.

I did not see any CCTV around the corridor & lift lobby with the exeption inside the lift car. It will be good to have CCTVs around the lift lobby & corridor to give a sence of comfort to the guests and to provide visual deterent to would-be "bad-guys" that the whereabout is been monitored. No need to hide the CCTVs. Install those can be seen easily so that the deterent factor is there. Just a helpful comment. I think I will choose Kimberly again next time when I want to visit Tsim Tsai Sui for shopping! Pls foward to me any promotional package in th future. Thank you!

We used the Kimberley to break our long trip to Europe (2 days each way) - it was well located and good value. The lobby and dining room were pleasant and staff efficient. The room was not well lit and with heavy clouds and rain in June, was dark even with the curtains open. To summarise, good for short stays.

Good location. Easy to get around.
Helpfull staff.
Booked the room in advance 2 adults 2 children.
The bed for children was a pull out sofa bed that was broken and no bed linen but we had that was sorted.
Excellent breakfast.
Very helpfull lugage people.

My sister and I stayed here and we were a bit concerned since it was our first time at this hotel, as I usually stay at another hotel, but we were very comfortable and it was safe, the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, the location is very good, my next trip I will definitely be staying at the Kimberely.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are very attentive and helpful, the breakfast restaurant was very good, however the room was very small for a couple plus cases.

In general we were pleased with the hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful. We did ask for our rooms to be close togehter; they were not. We also were surprised that we had to pay for breakfast. The price was high enough to include breakfast.

WE asked for non-smoking room but received smoking room - strong tobacco smell.

This hotel is very close to the A21 route from the airport which only costs HK$33, and a short walk to the Star Ferry.

hotel rate far too high in comparsion to other hotels in hk for the period we stayed.no assistance with luggage to rooms. no email response from hotel re transfers and breakfast as requested. 21st floor not suitable for people with disabilities. assistance with luggage is recommended

Overpriced. I would find another hotel in the area because of the price. Room 1119 - no place to plug in laptop computer - electrical plug hidden behind chest of drawers. TV badly positioned for viewing in bed.
