An included breakfast at a reasonable price would have been most appreciated. The breakfast that we bought at the hotel on the first morning was very good, but outrageous in price. We did not partake on any other morning! Re; Tube Noise, Our room was below street level and the noise from the underground was annoying.

The hotel has a very good location in Kensington. A quite street, but with few metres to the Earl Court Tube station and with coffee shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.
We had rooms on the ground floor and they we're not 4 star, but o.k.

My stay was very comfortable and I especially compliment the ladies on the reception desk for the effort they went to to get me my room as I arrived directly from Australia, 24 hours flying and a shower and a sleep was foremost on my mind.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE CUSTOMERS TO CHECK IF THE TV AND THE INTERNET ACCESS IS IN ORDER. I WOULD ALSO CHECK IN ADVANCE ON WHICH FLOOR YOUR ROOM IS SITUATED, SINCE THE ELEVATOR STOPS AT THE THIRD LEVEL. THERE IS ALSO NOISE FROM THE TRAINS IN THE ROOMS FACING THE BACK. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND NICE, BUT THERE WERE TO MANY ISSUES. I HAD TO CHANGE ROOM THREE TIMES BEFORE EVERYTHING WORKED.

The room was comfortable with good amenities although a bit cramped. Bathroom was clean but again a bit too cramped. But in all we had a good time.

Very helpful desk staff. The room was very pleasant, though small. Water pressure in the shower was not very good. Otherwise the room was quiet, nicely furnished and well-equipped. A hairdryer would have been helpful.

The rooms at the back of the hotel look over the main railway line to Earl's Court. The first night was awful as the room shook when a train went past. I changed to a room at the front - no problem after that.

Very convenient for tube and good for an overnight stay TINY narrow wardrobe,bed was so close the door couldn't open fully.Overlooked the main railway line sosome noise.OK for one night and the price though

We arrived back at 5.30pm and are room had not been cleaned ..we had to request through reception the room was nicely fitted out however it was very small.Also the room temperature was unacceptable...way too hot. We were also a little dissapointed that our room was right on the train line

I arrived to my room and not only was the size ridiculously small but there was no Air Conditioning or proper window. I did not even stay, I had to leave and find another hotel and pay for another room elsewhere. I feel like I completely wasted my money.

We wanted twin rooms for 5 adults, when we got there, there wasn't any twin rooms.

Ithought the rooms were too small but the service was very good. Apleasant stay but the room was too small.

Initial difficulties with TV fuse in room were fixed by helpful porter. There was a railway track running along outside the room with trains passing regularly throughout the night -not mentioned on website. The room was very hot and stuffy (even with windows and curtains open) probably due to small size. Heat and noise prevented a goods night sleep.

I booked a twin (two beds), made a point of inquiring by e-mail after the reservation was confirmed that there would be two beds,and then called a few days before to be sure all was in order. When we arrived - there was no twin bedded room available. We were given two separate rooms at the the same rate, but this kind of treatment is annoying!

The hotel transferred me in another hotel for some electrical problems in the structure, so I saw only the hotel reception. The room was in another hotel.

Lift does not access rooms on either of two floors below reception level, thus making it difficult to carry heavier luggage to reception. Location for underground very good. Value good at the rate charged - perhaps less so at official rate. Room was a good size for a single room, well presented & clean. But, as it was on the lowest floor of the hotel, it had no natural light at all.

The room I have now (3-4th April) is Room 11. Although the room itself is excellent, it's location couldn't be worse. It is in a basement, overlooked by the public road. To reach it from the reception one has to pass through a confusing warren of corridors. It can also be reached through a side-entrance or a fire-exacpe but these are very shabby and dirty (esp.the fire escape).
