On arrival having driven from Sydney - and intending to drive on to Townsville the following day - and with my wife and four young children - we checked in - carried all of our luggage up 2 flights of stairs - and then discovered that the airconditioning was not working. Brisbane in mid December in a small hotel room with 4 children and no air con. The thing that completely floored me though was that the check in staff new about this and thought that a fan would suffice!! I was tempted to complain to someone but I was too tired and couldnt care less so we just moved on - got a refund and stayed up the road in an appartment that was just as good and obviously air conditioned.

Great location for visitors to Brisbane.
Appartment cleanliness could be a little better - sides of gas oven not clean, bottom of shower corners were not the best. Surprised that 3.5 stars did not change towels for 1 week. Staff very pleasant and helpfull.
Would we stay there again? Yes.
PS. Please put a bright sign on your road frontage - the current sign can not be seen at night.

The apartment was very good, comfortable and location was very suitable for us. Staff very helpful and courteous especially when we found that our request and confirmation for twin beds in the second bedroom hadn't been forwarded to them. They were unable to relocate us to an apartment with single beds and were very apologetic supplying us with a fold-up bed.

The hotel receptionist is very friendly and provided a lot of useful tips to travel around Brisbane. Thank you! Satisfied with the room condition. It would be better if there is minimal housekeeping done on daily basis. Noticed there is no replenishment on the coffee and milk from 3rd day.

To much road noise when on balcony. Swim pool to small.

we stayed in room 18, which was fantastic for us & a great size. Just be aware though that the shower floor allows alot of water to pour out onto the floor, not all of it goes straight down the drain hole so the bathroom floor was sopping wet, we went through a lot of towels to try & soak it up. other than that it was great though :)

Great position, close and convient to everything. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again! Very clean and pleasant to stay in.

Despite requesting an early check in when booking, room was not ready on our arrival and we were made to wait with young children (one a baby) for over an hour while it was cleaned. But the cleaning was not satisfactory. Requested another room due to noise but staff were not helpful in this regard. Left accommodation early. extremely noisy traffic wise

The room was very noisy as their were roadworks going on ALL night.

Floors were dirty, and the couch was stale smelling.

Excellent communication in booking and checking in. Was a bit to get suitcase up all the stairs. Can't recall if there was a lift. I wasn't too bothered to ask but I'm sure if I had of, it would have been taken care of. This form wouldn't send without rating bed. There was only one of us that actually went to bed so '3' is not my personal opinion.

We were upgraded to a 4.5star room which was very nice. Would certainly stay there again next time we are in Brisbane

Very friendly staff. Internet wifi access: excellent idea!

The units were nice however upon leaving we weren't asked if we enjoyed our stay and i found the reception staff a little reserved. I probably wouldn't return or recommend due to the lack of friendliness from the staff.

After an initial mistake by the manager in giving us the wrong room, management was rude, unhelpful and largely unsatisfactory. The hotel was poorly located and very noisy. Significant lack of privacy.

Main bed was fine But bed settee was not and no sheets were available. I expected a double and a proper single bed made up ready.
