Located in a very pleasant and quiet position and preferable if you have a rental car as it is in the countryside. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and the food was good and excellent value for money.

The rooms are large and comfortable. I would recommend the Executive suites as they always have a room between you and your neighbours.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return there. Would certainly recommend.

This was a nice relaxing place to kick off our honeymoon. We were in the honeymoon suite. There is a great atmosphere in this hotel,lots of jungle and wildlife. Very relaxing if your just wanting to hang around the resort. The service at the resturant was great, the food was good but nothing special. Everything is very spread out so if you havent got a hire car you'll end up walking lots, but there is a guy who drives you around in his van if you dont have transport. The rooms have character, they are a little old and creeky but still tidy enough. Nice place , good value but make sure you have a car.

FOR ME PERSONALLY, I ENJOYED MY STAY AT YOUR RESORT. IT'S A VERY NICE PLACE FOR A GETAWAY FROM THE HUSTLE BUSTLE OF THE TOWN. HERE YOU WILL FIND IT TO BE SO PEACEFUL AND SOMEMORE FIND IT VERY REFRESHING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU OPEN THE WINDOWS EARLY MORNING. WOW THE AIR IS SO FRESH AND CLEAN. I REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE. I AM PLANNING TO COME AGAIN SOON THIS YEAR. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ANY COMPLAIN THEY WILL ATTEND TO IT IMMEDIATELY EVEN THOUGH DURING MY LAST DAY AT YOUR RESORT THERE WAS A POWER BREAKDOWN AT THE CHALET WHERE I STAY BUT THAT'S JUST A MINOR PROBLEM. SO I HOPE YOU AND YOUR STAFF WILL CONTINUE THE GOOD REPUTATION OF YOUR RESORT. ONCE AGAIN I THANK YOU AND YOUR STAFF FOR THE GOOD HOSPITALITY YOU HAVE RENDERED TO US DURING OUR SHORT STAY THERE. It's so far my best stay in Langkawi. For a 4 star hotel, the surroundings and serenity is superb. Reminds me few years back I paid almost 10 times the price for almost the same surrounding at this one of langkawi's best 6-star alike resort. Situated right in the middle of a village. Definitely I'll trade the beach for this kind of surroundings. It's my kind of perfect holiday gateway. The room is cozy, clean and fit with natural kampung's style. Clearly reminds me of the old days.

In line with your kampung theme, the signages are very poor and confusing. We got lost quite a few times but that afforded us an opp to explore the place. The hotel could take advantage of its position to put up more al fresco dining and relocate the pub. The sounds of the bass really jars the otherwise peaceful surroundings. The lights in the room, tho' providing the kampung lampu pelita ambience is really terrible for reading esp for the elderly. Guests should be given the option to have at least a good reading lamp by their bedside.

The restaurant was out of lots of things the third day of our stay. And the beer was warm unfortunately. The food we did get was good!

You need to provide more accomodation transport from hotel to other places like airport,places of interest,etc. The room is very good and we satisfied with all the room's accomodation

There were many facilities at the hotel, including several bars, a pool and a restaurant. However, they were often shut. I appreciate that it was low season for the hotel, but we were not paying low season rates, we were paying the same price as if we had been there at any other time, so expected the facilities to be open for us to use. Tus was really disappointing and meant that we payed for taxis to go elsewhere to eat and drink as there was nothing at the resort. although the room was cleaned every day, there were stains on the sheets and pilow cases. I am sure the sheets had been washed, and have small stains on my own sheets at hme, but when paying to stay in a hotel, I expect clean stain-free bedding.

All the arrangements were fantastic. we had a good time ,staying in your resort. Transporation seems a bit problem. As I had rented a car it was ok for me, but it will a trouble for the visitiors who doesn't rent a car. Room is very good, with all the facilities. Appreciate if you can provide internet facility inside the room & Astro connection.

The distance between the rooms and the other facilities is too far and not a walking distance. The cleanliness of the room should be upgrade.

The resort is good for someone who wants an alternative form of accomodation. Its definitely different from normal hotel rooms but the view is beautiful. The staff were helpful. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again. The room is very suitable for families who have young children because it is very spacious. The room was made up every day.

needs brightening up and a good lick of paint to keep it good and clean . otherwise a very good idea and relaxing .furnishing needs to be bright .. Maintenance here again is important .and more will come . too dark , dusty surfaces espescially the ledges,windows dooor locks

The food could have been better. Maybe the price during LIMA could be offered at special price for returning guests. Love the walk-in bathroom cum wardrobe set up. Quite nice and different from my other, past hotel experience.

The breakfast selection is a bit of a disappointment. We stayed for 5 days and every morning the same types of fruit were served for breakfast. The hotel can consider changing the fruit selection as Malaysia can offer varieties of local fruits such as jackfruit, mango and banana. The room is huge and comfortable however the bedsheet was not changed at all during the 4 nights we stayed there.

WAS NOT VERY KEEN ON THE BREAKFAST ALSO THE ASIAN RESTAURANT DID NOT SUIT, I THINK, THE WESTERN TASTES. FOOD TOO SPICY!!

The pool is absolutley beautiful and the massages at the spa are great value. The rooms were very spacious with a large bathroom. The balcony was wonderful to sit out on of an evening. One extra I didn't expect was a cd player in the bedroom, a nice touch.

We really enjoyed the food at the Warung Tok Mat cafe. There were ants in the bathroom, although I only saw them around the toilet. The room safe was not bolted in - making it easy for anyone to steal from the room. We couldn't open the window shutters, because there was no glass to prevent mosquitoes from flying in.
