This was the first time that I had booked a hotel on line so was a little unsure of what to expect when I arrived. However, when we arrived at the hotel I was very pleased with my choice. I was actually in a bit of a panic because I couldn't believe that I had managed to get this wonderful hotel for the price I had booked it for. The hotel was stunning and the staff were very helpful, friendly and extremely courteous. The location of the hotel was perfect and there wasn't a problem with noise as it is not situated on a busy road. In an ideal position for sightseeing. The room was kept very clean and was an ideal size. Breakfast was an extra charge, but if you pre book you got it at a reduced rate, well worth it - it was delicious and excellent value for money. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
The atomosphere was exellent. The hall, restaurant, front desk, fabulous experience. I was in a twin-room in 5th floor. It has nice bath and large space.
