Good for a short stay. I found some staff to be very helpful, but others not at all. The service could be improved a lot by developing a welcoming and friendly attitude.

Location is very good - city center, 2 min to subway.

The rooms are basic but clean. The bathroom is OK, clean but in need of redecorating. Shower over bath was good with lots of hot water and power. The staff at reception were helpful when approached. I never used the other services and only ate one morning meal in the hotel which i felt was great value for money, good variety of both western and chinese food to choose from. Loved the city and would be happy to go back again.
