The reason why I stayed at your hotel was to connect to an early flight. This is a great hotel to do this, I flew up from Wellington the afternoon before. The only thing I thought would have been better would be cheaper room service meals seperate from the resurant (but you may not have the clientalle to warrant this). The room service meal from the resturant was excellent though.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and facilities of this hotel. We booked 'blind' on the internet and it exceeded our expectations. Th staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was excellent, the food and public areas were good. The staff were very helpful and the overall ambience was warm and helpful.

My stay was short and the overnight studio room was more than adequate for my needs.
The only critism of it would be the room lighting, very dim and if one is trying to work the desk lights do little to improve the lighting.
All of the staff I came into contact with where helpful and on the ball.
My hosts got a bit confused finding you because I told them I was staying at the Jet Inn, but we found you.

A very comfortable hotel, near the airport , with a lovely restaurant. Staff were great - we just wished we'd had more than one night there.

We received a good welcome and were delighted to be offered an upgrade. After a long day coming from Wellington by train it was so nice to relax in a lovely room. The hotel is ideal for the airport, the reason we chose it on our first visit, but now we choose it because it is so welcoming. Loved the room, especially the bathroom which was so comfortable with its big walk in shower.

A plunger and plunger coffee would be good

The hotel was extremely noisy with the sound of water ?shower +/or toilet flushing for 10-15 minutes in the early hours of the morning - I was awoken with the sound of a noisy ?cistern/shower. My room was on the ground floor near the main entrance. I've stayed here previously without any problems with noise.

Excellent location for the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant is first class

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. An absolute delight to deal with them. Distance from the city was the only down side, but closeness to the airport for the next day (we only stayed 1 night) was the flipside!! Sun block curtains were great, as was having a safe in the room.

The hotel met our limited requirements for an overnight stay, as expected for an airport hotel. Party of four (2 X 2) traveling, only one party upgraded?????

Restaurant may be improved(food and service).

WE HAD TO WAIT FOR AGES FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE ON OUR ARRIVAL PARTLY BECAUSE THE AIRPORT STAFF WERE NOT HELPFUL BUT MAINLY BECAUSE OF HOTEL AND THEREFORE THE RESTAURANT WASCLOSED AND WE MISSED OUT ON DINNER ROOM SERVICE TO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WAS OFFERED BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY AND INEXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WAS ON OFFER

Bar area was a bit basic but o.k. Ambience was not conducive to relaxation. Room was fine for what we wanted - a nightstop before flying from Auckland fairly early the next day.

Well appointed

Given the price we found the small size of the room disconcerting and the old fashioned decor somehat depressing. The check in desk seemed overwhelmed with only three people waiting. We were impressed by the friendly approach and effiency of the concierge as we had a car waiting.
