The room was excellent, the food and public areas were good. The staff were very helpful and the overall ambience was warm and helpful.

The only critism of it would be the room lighting, very dim and if one is trying to work the desk lights do little to improve the lighting. All of the staff I came into contact with where helpful and on the ball. My hosts got a bit confused finding you because I told them I was staying at the Jet Inn, but we found you. Thanks for a pleasant stay. David Matthews

Staff were great - we just wished we'd had more than one night there.

After a long day coming from Wellington by train it was so nice to relax in a lovely room. The hotel is ideal for the airport, the reason we chose it on our first visit, but now we choose it because it is so welcoming. Loved the room, especially the bathroom which was so comfortable with its big walk in shower.
