In view of the general high cost of accommodation in the city, I think this hotel is considered decent and fairly good value for money. No access to locked fridge was provided. TV transmission reception ofthe only English channel (CNN) was very poor, on a small and old TV.

Nice area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Had a fridge which was useful but no hairdryer which I have found in cheaper hotels previously. Otherwise perfectly good.
