Phoned twice to follow up a shopping bag of goods that went missing. Were not located in room, but were not phoned back second time to confirm the re-check.

The pleasant young man behind the reception counter upgraded us.

Toilet was flushing intermittently. It took 2 requests to have it fixed properly.
