When using bath the tap was too high if one werre sitting in the bath and wished to top up the water or turn it on or off

Seems to have had a "spruce up" since I last stayed. Room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet.

Excellent service in a hotel that has been recently renovated I was given a complimentary upgrade to the Club Floor where I was given free access to broadband internet connection and a luxurious lounge with food, drink and entertainment

Donwstairs restaurant and bar closed for the Christmas break. no internet accessin room and no notification until we enquired.

The only exception to the service comment is the valet staff who were slow and reluctant to help

I was incorrectly charged a room rate amount different to what I had been quoted by Sun city. This was annoying and embarasssing having to sort it out.

Enjoyed our stay. Phoned twice to follow up a shopping bag of goods that went missing. Were not located in room, but were not phoned back second time to confirm the re-check.

Did not use an of the hotels facilities except the room Unfortunately our room had not been booked even though I received confirmation that this had been done. The pleasant young man behind the reception counter upgraded us.

Food was pretty average quality. Toilet was flushing intermittently. It took 2 requests to have it fixed properly.

buffet disappointing; a la carte v. good; service Fri/Sat excellent, less good Sun. No piano played in Piano Bar! no hooks in bathroom
