It is a 3 star hotel,deffinatly not 5 star. Very poor facilities for a 5 star hotel, aircondition very bad,they changed the room, but same problem.

I was quite upset with the service that I received from the reception counter & the cashier (unfriendly & unprofessional). I believe no matter how nice the hotel look, the most important thing a guest would like will be the service they received. I have stayed in Ritz Carlton and J W Marriot and the service that I received from them were excellent. Not only did I received professional service from the frontdesk, I also received superb service from the doorman and room service persons as well. I believe a lasting impression will be from the 1st and last contact point/person. However, I was very pleased with the service that I received from the F&B manager and staffs from the CAFE. My suggestion will be to The room was amazing, however, one thing that I realized was, the mini bar in the room was empty. It'll be great to have something in there (of course chargeable)
