My stay was very good .I enjoyed my stay .Location was very good

The hotel has a great location. It is in the middle of everything in Surfers Paradise. :). Just less than ten minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. Although the parking is limited, we managed to find a space and we can keep our car even after check out. As long as before the day expired. This saves us parking fee.

The room is large and worth it. The bed sizes are larger than singles. There is an extra bed in the living room. The kitchen is complete with microwave as well as stove and a kettle.
they do provide towels and other toiletries required. They even provide hair dryer on request. Overall, staying in this hotel is a great experience for me. I would come back and stay in this hotel again. :). Thanks for the good services and stay.

Great big room.

It smelt a bit funny and was very noisey

Very noisey,no sound proofing around ranchsliders and windows. Dated,but adequate.

During our stay, we had a false fire alarm after midnight. The response of the hotel was poor and disappointing.

I found the staff friendly and the location was very convenient. The room had recently been painted so the smell was still quite strong. Also, the air con was too loud, esp when it turned on and off during the night when re-adjusting the room temperature.

Lots of things to see and do...great position! Small and not very modern but nice...view wasnt all that good but overall very good.

Overall, hotel is suited for people who are on budget. It is also located to most of the shopping centers, restaurants, and especially the beach. So, best value for money. Room is fine and comfortable and affordable!

The parking security needs to be upgraded, the registration plates were stolen off my car while parked in the parking garage I feel that the shower cubicles could do with upgrading, they still use a curtain

some of the fittings are a bit tired

The location was fantastic, but I would have appreciated if my bed was made everyday and if the bathroom was a bit bigger. Is in need of refurbishment.

Service by the reception was good but not the tall guy who attended to us when we approached him for the faulty game machine that was situated near the swimming pool. The room is a bit old. I only feel cosy at night. The beddings are old as well.
