Location slightly off, connection to MTR is a problem Small rooms, excellent staff, good place to stay, but away from MTR

staff knows hardly any English... many mainland chinese travelling groups.... got fresh fruit and daily newspaper which was very nice

Some more (English) instruction on the email for the wireless internet connection would be appreciated. The email that I sent out was swallowed up without return or delivery.

We enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong very much and if we decide to return, we will certainly consider the Island Pacific again. Thank You! The room was very nice. We enjoyed the view from the upper floors very much! The bathroom had a strange smell but it was not that bad. Overall very nice.
