The service is not only excellent, it's memorable.. WE WILL COME BACK... Lovely rooms - the best I've stayed so far...

The only signage there is, is the Concierge's. To save the guests time for queueing at the wrong queue,it's best to have signs for check-in/check-out and Priority members or whatever there is. Cheers!
