My stay in the hotel was well serviced and relaxing. The hotel is located in central location and has nice views. Although it was Ramadan we could enjoy a nice breakfast and light lunch meals during the day. I would recommend this hotel for any body that is seeking to relax for a few days and to shop in Dubai.

Everything in this hotel looks perfect. Too many facilities and well-trained staff. This was the second visit for me and the more I see the more I enjoy it.

My daughter and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. We found all the staff very friendly and willing to assist. Room service was swift and accurate.

The only disappointment was the dirty towel on the little bacony, and hair in the hand basin.

We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

REQUESTED KING BED, RECEIVED 2 TWIN BEDS.

NOTIFIED HOTEL IN ADVANCE THAT I WOULD NOT ARRIVE UNTIL MONDAY DUE TO MISSED FLIGHTS CAUSED BY WEATHER.

HOTEL TRIED TO CHARGE FOR SUNDAY NIGHT AND THIS WAS UNREASONABLE AND I REFUSED TO PAY FOR SUNDAY NIGHT. THE DELAY WAS NOT MY FAULT AND I NOTIFIED THEM IN ADVANCE AND THEREFORE DID NOT OWE THEM FOR SUNDAY NIGHT. AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION THE HOTEL REMOVED THE CHARGE FROM MY BILL WHICH I PAID.
