the staff at the hotel went the extra mile to ensure i was made to feel welcome thank you

I felt the both times we stayed in your motel everything was satisfactory we enjoy the motel as it is in a good are close to the airport and to the city of Perth, The second time we staying it was noisier than the first as the room was near the road and we heard alot of traffic but next time we will request a room at the back and not nexr the main road. no problem. Due to a limited budget we have not tried the menu delivered to your room but we hope to do that in the future. Thankyou.

One day my room wasn't serviced, until I asked in the evening. Bed was a little too soft.

Over-priced compared to similar rated hotels, OK for location in relation to airports.

After we ordered our breakfast by the card a new one was never replaced

Lots of accomodation being advertised on T.V. quoting less expensive rates available in Perth. Very clean but very strong odour of bleach for a long time.

The hotel did try to charge us their new price of $105.00 but when they were shown the print out of my booking we were charged the right price of $102.00. We had a room on the floor which was great so we didn't have to take our suitcases upstairs.

food was fair but the service in resturant was awful. was great, no probs with the room at all.

After some arguments at 1.30am, the reception reluctantly give us a room that accommodate 5 persons. He said that the price we paid for certainly cannot cater for 5 beds in a room. We should book 2 rooms instead. But my argument was that I stated 2 adults and 3 children (with their ages mentioned) and was given this price for the family room. Maybe you want to verify with the hotel about this arrangement so that no misunderstanding occurred again. Thanks.

Considerable long term construction in progress during my stay. Minor cosmetic repairs needed.

argued about the price agreed for the room - had to print off an email from booking agent to convince them of the price we should pay. Didn't think much of the tone of the receptionist - she implied we were dishonest to want to stick to the agreed price!

Very pleasant but not having a key to the front gate was a problem.

Close to the airport and great facilities for kids - playground and pool. OK, could fit in a cot as well and fine for a short stay but any longer than 2 days and it would get a b it close for comfort. Nice to have the patio doors open onto the grass within site of the playground.

I thought it was quite expensive, but clean and friendly. We found your rooms to be very clean on both our visits and found your staff to be very helpful when dropping us off to the airport and collecting us. Thank you
