I upgraded on the third night and this was better.

The hotel its self is a bit tired. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent value. Smoking was allowed in the Bistro/Bar area, you could smell this in the foyer area at times, however when we went down for breakfast in the morning there was no trace of smoke. I would certainly consider staying at the hotel in the future. For the price it was value for money. The bathroom was a bit tired. Nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom, needs modernising. However kept very clean.

The bar was surprisingly expensive as were room service charges for using the hotel restaurant. AS$3 for bringing your food up in the lift!

Noisy, "thin walls". Shower was really bad, there were coming only either too hot or cold water.
