The room that I had on the first two nights was quite dirty and old. I upgraded on the third night and this was better.

The food in the bar is really delicious very comfortable, free movies are great

The staff were very pleasant and very obliging, nothing was to much trouble. The hotel its self is a bit tired. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent value. Smoking was allowed in the Bistro/Bar area, you could smell this in the foyer area at times, however when we went down for breakfast in the morning there was no trace of smoke. I would certainly consider staying at the hotel in the future. For the price it was value for money. The bathroom was a bit tired. Nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom, needs modernising. However kept very clean.

The staff were not "customer friendly". The bar was surprisingly expensive as were room service charges for using the hotel restaurant. AS$3 for bringing your food up in the lift!

Staff was really friendly!! Noisy, "thin walls". Shower was really bad, there were coming only either too hot or cold water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Eveb though the linen was changed every day the room, the standard of cleanliness in the room was poor.

Hotel needs updating but I think this is in the pipeline. Excellent location and good value for money. Bathroom needs renovating. Airconditioner too noisy to sleep with.

The pool area was very uninviting Room, especially bathroom was very out-dated and dull. made it feel less clean
