The room are big enough and comfortable. But there have some trouble on parking that need to verify to the counter evry time when driving out. I not satisfy with the hotel cancellation policy that need to make cancellation 7 days before arrive the hotel. I hope that the cancellation can reduce to 2 days or 24 hours before arrive the hotel.

I decided and advised the staff to booked me a std room. Upon check-in, I was disappointed that std room do NOT have King size bed. I had NO CHOICE at the point of time but to upgrade to a Deluxe room to accommodate my family staying with me.

Mango juice? Not everybody! I particularly like the fruit bowl (free I think). Made me feel welcome and the first I've experienced in KL staying in so many hotels
