Courteous and friendly staff.This is my secnd visit. Room size is good value for the price. Pleasnt neutral tone.

The staff at Holiday City who booked me the room had told me that the std and deluxe room offer King Size bed, & the difference is the size of the room. I decided and advised the staff to booked me a std room. Upon check-in, I was disappointed that std room do NOT have King size bed. I had NO CHOICE at the point of time but to upgrade to a Deluxe room to accommodate my family staying with me.

Missing orange juice during breakfast which I believe is a must - everybody drinks orange juice. Mango juice? Not everybody! I particularly like the fruit bowl (free I think). Made me feel welcome and the first I've experienced in KL staying in so many hotels

Very friendly staff, very professional, overall a very pleasant stay. However the breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down, and could do with improvement, but still alright. The safe we had in our room seemed a but faulty at times, so better security could be looked into.

Great to have free internet access, however the bed is a little bit smaller than most hotel.

The cost of the room was very reasonable even though it was during the peak season

The hotel has very few F & b outlets, giving you a very limited dining choice. The bed was very good, but we did find some stains on the sheets though they were changed daily.

Ideally located and excellent value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. We were very impressed with the room.
