The hotel is in exellent location, five minutes to PETRONAS TOWERS,also about the same distance to SURIA shopping centre. The staff is exellent,they try to acomodate you. The breakfeast is good but is not catered to much to europian cuisine. Buffet is to expensive for what you get. The room could use refreshing and also the bathrooms. Othervise we were very pleased.

Awesome stay. One of the good hotels in KL. This one makes a gud stay for the moderate room rate when compared to more expensive hotels in KL. Location is great, walking distance to KLCC!!!

Excellence service all round, check in/out was smooth, room has great view, housekeeping requests were prompt, concierge were so ready to help. Altho breakfast variety can be better.

Extension nite - Ms Rafidah at reception can be more pleasant and put on a smile. Her expression showed like guests are pest. I had informed her the nite before on our extension for 2 rooms, she asked to explain as she dont understand. The next morning she made me explain again. She claimed no booking and make me go up to my room to email her the booking. But later told me she has found it :( She validated the key card for the extension but when we came back from shopping both rooms key card could not be used. eh??

Nevermind abt Ms Rafidah, the kids enjoyed themselves & we'll return again for sure!

Counter staffs Nurul has served me well at the checkin desk. All staffs treated the guests with respect and great courtesy especially at the lobby and in the lift.

The hotel location is very close to KLCC shopping malls. Take your time to look at the map and head for the right direction when you alight from the train, otherwise you will have to walk quite a bit to the hotel.

Perhap the hotel can put up some direction signboard to lead guest to the hotel route.

I like the good spread of buffet breakfast offered by the room package. For those who wish to taste as many variety, remember to start your breakfast with food that are light for the stomach and slowly progress to heavier stuff.

I fully enjoyed my stay in the hotel on 25 Xmas Day 2008!

Friends of ours gave the tip to visit the Impiana. It was a golden tip, we love'd staying in this excellent hotel. Very kind staff, always generous en helpfull. A very nice, clean en serene Spa and swimmingpool. The location in KL is central. First we had een Queen size bed, that was not bad but for 2 western size adults a bit too short. Later, we changed it in a kingsize bed and that was much better. Both rooms were clean, nice en airconditioned. With compliments.

The guest parking lot is not up to my expectation, meanwhile, there are'nt any access from parking area to the hotel lobby.

HOTEL LOCATION IS HEART OF KLCC, MONORAIL STATION AND SHOPPING COMPLEX ARE VERY NEAR.

Service was rather inconsistent. With the exception of room service and reception, the rest are superb! The porter (head porter or concierge) was the most helpful and friendly and took incredibly care of the clienteles!

My stay in this hotel met my expectation. The room are big enough and comfortable. But there have some trouble on parking that need to verify to the counter evry time when driving out.
I not satisfy with the hotel cancellation policy that need to make cancellation 7 days before arrive the hotel. I hope that the cancellation can reduce to 2 days or 24 hours before arrive the hotel.

I will stay again in the near future.
